Had a great run this morning.
8 miles total.
36 degree outside and 3 1/2 miles of it in the SNOW.
I'm sure people thought I was crazy (nothing new about that).
It was so peaceful, I even turned my Ipod off and just listened to the snow coming
down and my feet hitting the road.
I had a new toy to play with on my run. The girls from the office got me a Nike running watch for my birthday. This was the first time I got to use it. Little off from my Iphone but
I will have that fixed for my next run.
Thanks girls, I love it...
20 mins in the shower with steaming HOT water on me to warm me up.
It was worth it.
