Boise Half Marathon & Topper's in Las Vegas

September 6 -11
My week started out with a run in Boise with my aunt Pam and staying
with my cousin Eric and his beautiful family,
wife Samantha and daughters Violet and Rosie.
We signed up for a 1/2 marathon. and I bought a plane ticket several weeks ago.
Come to find out the week before the company that we signed up
with "cancelled' the run without even sending out an email or letting
any of the runners know.
Pam found out when she tried to find the course layout.

We were still going to Boise so we had to find another run,
poor Samantha got roped into doing this one with us.
We signed up for the Patriot Day 5K.

Idaho State Police, District 3 Commander,
Captain Bill Gardiner got the run started.

 Veterans Memorial Park,
Just beautiful.
What a fun run and all in honor of those who lost their lives in the attack on 9-11
"Gone but NOT forgotten"

So since my aunt Pam has had grand-babies she does a tea party's
with them when they come over.
"Tea with the Queen"
This is the book that she reads

Each of the girls have their own tea cup and saucer.
I got the honor of being involved in my first tea party with her, Samantha,
 Violet & Rosie
It was SO much fun.
(Sssshhh.... the adult lady's had cosmopolitan's in our tea cups) LOL

Now off to Vegas Baby!!

It was a quick trip, I flew in Monday afternoon and Renee and
I flew out Wednesday morning.
Of course we didn't get much sleep.
We had a great time getting to see all the other top Farmers agents and
getting new ideas for our agency.
But the best part of the whole trip for me was
Rascal Flatts private Farmers concert.

Renee had found out that she and I got to go to a "Meet and Greet"
with Rascal Flatts. She didn't tell me until about 15 mins before...
She knew how much I love them and I was OMG so excited!!!!!

Group shot before the Meet and Greet.
Christian Slayton, Debbie Curtis, Me & Renee

IT'S TIME!!!!!
Holy Crap.. We got to hug each of them..
LOVED IT!!

After this amazing time we got right up front for the concert.
We have seen them before in concert.
This time just felt more special after meeting them.

OMG WHAT AN AWESOME NIGHT...
THANKS RENEE..
LOVE YOU...

I just want to thank Eric & Samantha for opening up their home and
Pam for driving over for the weekend,
and Renee for another AWESOME business trip.
I have to say
 "I LOVE ME CAREER"
