We decided to go and run on the Chehalis High School's track this morning.
We ran from our house to the track .
I really enjoyed running on the track,
it is way soft on the body and no hills.
We got a total of 6.04 miles in 4 on the track and the rest on the road.
When we were leaving the track we saw Robin and Scott Schmidt on their front porch, so we had to stop and said HI, and tell them to get off their asses and get out and run or walk.
You know me always trying to motivate people.
